MY ROLE AT NPR
I work at NPR as a freelance video editor and producer. For long form projects, I shoot, edit and produce the videos I create. These can range in terms of topic, but usually involve interviewing different subjects and are in the human interest area. Short form wise, I edit promotional videos for use across multiple formats and social media platforms. Below are examples of both.
Cheryl Corley Lifetime Achievement Award
For this piece I interviewed NPR correspondent Cheryl Corley and her peers to create a video to be shown at the presentation of her lifetime achievement award as well as to be featured on several different NPR web outlets. For this video, is produced, shot, edited the entire piece on my own.
Promo Video for Npr’s Tiny Desk Concert Series
This is a video in a series of videos I was hired to do promoting NPR music’s Tiny Desk Contest. They were used across multiple social media platforms in different formats.
